Tornadoes and snow in Midwest

a strong storm rolled through the U.S on Monday with tornadoes and strong winds that destroyed several buildings. Snow was blamed for backup traffic and accidents that killed one person. several roads in Oklahoma were closed due to 3.88 inches of rain. St.  Paul, Minn. got 8 inches of snow.

so this whole water thing is getting out of hand. I mean girl fish with junk? thats ridiculous!!!!  like what in gods name is our world coming to? people just need to leave water alone and stop throwing crap in it.

Autism numbers rise

Autism is one of the greatest mysteries of medicine. Autism will effect 25, 000 children this year, which is more than AIDS, cancer and diabetes combined. very little is known about the disorder and it remains one of medicines biggest mysteries. i feel really bad for people with autism because they can’t really help it. not that you can help a lot diseases, but this one affects a lot of children, which is sad.

My reaction to the guest speaker on friday

i think that his speech was very powerful and moving and it touched me deeply. i thought that he was very intelligent and i appreciated him taking time out of his day to come and talk to us. I learned that people, when they work together, they can achieve greatness.

What Catholic Schools Week Means to Me…

Catholic schools week is a time when people from catholic schools celebrate their education and have fun doing it.

my vacation and my resolution

for my vacation i really didn’t do all that much. i slept when i didn’t have practice but i had rugby practice for 5 hours every day except sunday and new year day and christmas day.

my resolution is i guess to try to be nicer and stop ignoring people when they talk. i don’t always do it intentionally but mos of thee time i do

Why is it Important to bring in food for the Thanksgiving Food Drive?

it is important because there are many people out there that don’t have any food or shelter and giving food to those people can make them feel special and like they have a place to be for thanksgiving.

gorillas in the congo

in Africa people have been killing gorillas which has lead to there being only about 700 gorillas left in the Congo. the people that kill them are in the forest to make charcoal which is the min way people cook food in Africa. They burn the bamboo that the gorillas eat and then when the gorillas try to protect themselves the people shoot them. i think this is a very large problem in the world because gorillas are amazing animals and they never really did anything to anybody so there is no reason for people to kill them.
